Mary Mother of Jesus, safe from my sorrows, my anxieties consoling. Virgin good and patient to your infinite mercy and intercession before your child is manifest in my life today and always. Generous, magnanimous and clear mother of my heart, give me a little of the courage and restraint you showed dark and gloomy afternoon watched helplessly while your son dying in agony and humiliation on the cross.Pure and holy Mother, for your boundless patience and dedication are an example for me, especially in times of confusion and impatience. May your spiritual greatness accretive in my wisdom and moderation that need to safely navigate the road of life.

Mary Mother of Jesus that each of your tears and groans are the spiritual balm I need when I am lonely and afflicted. Give me courage, do not leave me Holy Mother and vigorous. Amen
